Changes of notifications about actions

To make the action performance in the Administrative part easier and faster, redirection to a separate page is removed. 

The popup notification is displayed on the same page where the action is performed. 

If there are several messages, the modal window is displayed.

The values entered in the form are saved in case of errors when editing the record.
