Add Several Contacts for Retail Outlets

In the Administrative part, you can add several contact blocks for a retail outlet and a manager. They are displayed in the Client part.
To add contact details for a retail outlet, go to the tab Contacts in Retail outlets ► List of retail outlets. The tab consists of two blocks: Contact list and Social networks.


  • In the block Contact list, add main contact details of the retail outlet. You can specify:

    • Heading – the name of the contact block;

    • Display the heading – if this option is enabled, the Heading of the contact block is visible in the Client part;

    • Phone;

    • WhatsApp icon;

    • Contact Email and Skype.

You can add several contact blocks for one retail outlet.

  • In the block Social networks, you can specify links to the social networks: Instagram, Facebook, Skype, Twitter, YouTube.

You can give several links for one social network.
To add contact details for a manager, go to the tab Contacts in Retail outlets ► Retail outlet managers.

In the manager’s contact details, you can specify:

  • Manager's email;

  • Manager's phone;

  • WhatsApp icon;

  • Manager's Skype;


The added contact details are displayed in the Client part:

  • In the drop-down window in the header of the website under the phone number. The window contains:

    • Contact details of the retail outlet: heading (if available), links with phone numbers, email, icon of the WhatsApp messenger (if available);

    • Working hours of the retail outlet from Retail outlets ► List of retail outlets, the tab Working hours on the form for editing the retail outlet;

    • Data of the retail outlet manager from Retail outlets ► Retail outlet managers are shown for logged-in users: Full name, phone number, email and WhatsApp and Skype icons (if available);

    • The link Full contact list. Click the link to go to the retail outlet page with all contact details.

The window displays all the contact blocks, which are added in the Contact list in the Administrative part.


  • The block Contacts on the Homepage contains the following:

    • The name of the retail outlet with the link to the retail outlet page;

    • The phone number and email are clickable (the block contains only the main contact phone and email);

    • Working hours of the retail outlet;

    • Icons of the messengers from the block Contact list in the section List of retail outlets in the Administrative part.


  • On the page Contacts. The page contains:

    • The name of the retail outlet with the link to the retail outlet page;

    • The phone number and email are clickable (the block contains only the main contact phone and email);

    • Icons of WhatsApp messenger.

      If there are retail outlets from different countries in the system, the country is displayed prior to the address of each retail outlet.


  • On the retail outlet page. The page contains:

    • Main and additional contacts from the section List of retail outlets and the tab Contacts;

    • Working hours of the retail outlet;

    • Icons of social networks - the icons from the block Contact list and the block Social networks from the section List of retail outlets are displayed separately;

    • Contact details of the retail outlet managers.
